Join us for an intimate evening inside our stunning wood greenhouse, surrounded by our summer garden in full bloom. Led by Brooke Toftoy, this small-group hands-on workshop will walk you through the art of making organic heritage sourdough using ancient grains — from starter to shaping — in one of the most beautiful settings in Minnesota.
With only 12 seats available, every attendee receives personal attention and the space to truly learn, connect, and enjoy the evening.
You will leave with ready-to-bake dough, a jar of live starter, and the skills and recipe to keep baking on your own. The evening includes a sourdough tasting with herb compound butter crafted from our farm garden, a sample of our farm-crafted mead, garden exploration at your own pace, and VIP shopping of Fruitful Beginnings nontoxic products.
Plan for 1.5 to 2 hours. Seats are limited and will sell out.

Join me each Thursday for a peaceful 30-minute walk through our organic kitchen garden.
Together we'll explore what's happening in the garden that week as I share gardening, harvesting, and preserving tips that you can take along and apply in your own garden.
There is no cost to attend, and no RSVP is required. Simply come as you are and enjoy a peaceful morning in the garden.
Each guest will receive a complimentary Rooted in Grace Garden Notes keepsake card featuring seasonal tips to reference year after year.
Following the garden walk, you're invited to browse the greenhouse, where you'll find Fruitful Beginnings non-toxic skincare and home products. Seasonal baked goods may also be available from time to time.
